Thrifted Vintage Sewing Finds...

While visiting an aunt who lives nearby we stopped at one of her local thrift stores.  There I found a vintage 50's blue quilted vinyl sewing box.  I love the way the front drops down to reveal a pull-out drawer and the clear plastic drop in organizer.  It came empty and I just added a few vintage sewing notions...

Found these vintage wooden spools at my local St. Vincent de Paul thrift shop.  They are larger than regular thread size, standing about 3 1/2 inches by 1 3/4".  Not sure what to do with them... any suggestions?

This vintage fabric was found at a yard sale.  It is pieced together, but has some pretty large pieces.  May make an apron or two from it.  What do you do with vintage fabric finds?
